HARDTHIIT

HARDTHIIT is a personalized High Intensity Interval Training plan focused on strength, power, agility, and speed. Together, we’ll improve your aerobic efficiency in order to support an active and adventurous lifestyle.

HARDTHIIT workouts consist of a brief warm-up period followed by several bouts of high intensity work/rest intervals, closing with a cardiovascular cool down and short stretch. These sessions are best utilized by those who prefer spending shorter amounts of time in a session but aren’t afraid of an anaerobic challenge.

TRAIN with HARDT is a personalized functional resistance training program focused on improving overall athleticism. Featuring a combination of both bodyweight challenge and free-weighted exercise, this program improves mobility, stability, coordination, and balance while building fundamental strength.

VIRTUAL TRAINING

With the help of Google Meet, you can HARDTHIIT or TRAIN with HARDT from the comfort of your own home. Remote personal training creates location and time flexibility for both trainer and client. If you travel for work, have a tight schedule, or live outside of the HardtFit training range, virtual workouts are for you.
