HardtFit consultations are virtual sessions through Google Meet, typically an hour in length. Your trainer will get to know you, your physical history, your current fitness, and your training goals in order to recommend an appropriate exercise program. Depending on your needs following a few initial forms, consultations can include a mini-workout or consist of mainly conversation. Together, you and your HardtFit trainer will find a plan that works for you.

Following the appointment, you’ll receive a personalized PDF outlining the topics covered during your consultation, which can include a beginner training program, tweaks to your current fitness routine, nutritional advice, or anything else you may need to move forward on your own.

Consultations are a great option for those seeking science-based, professional advice and guidance on how they can independently improve their lifestyle without the commitment of an entire HardtFit training package. Consultations are perfect for those who wish to:
