Package Policies

Training packages must be purchased in full, as listed.


Sessions expire after 3 months of disuse.

Invoice reminders for renewal of training packages are sent one week before payment is due. Invoices must be fulfilled on their specified due date. If you wish to discontinue or pause your training, please notify your trainer upon receipt of your renewal reminder (one week in advance).

Split payments can be made bi-weekly with the first payment to be made before or at the time of your initial session.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required before cancelling a session. Clients are otherwise subject to losing the session.
